As a consultant opened his inbox, he read an email which read “can you please quote me as per below 190mm outside diameter flange – 90mm ID, 152mm PCD with 4 holes and 210mm long between flanges”.
This was very efficiently forwarded onto the quoting team.
SOLUTION
READY TO BE DELIVERED TO SITE
The estimating team responded with a solution and drew on their strong supplier network. Within two hours the quote was provided, and the purchase order was raised.
RESULT
The following day the job was fabricated and ready for despatch.
The customer was going to hot shot the job up but two of our on-site consultant where going to the Pilbara on Monday and this was delivered that night to the gatehouse for fitting that night.
